These terms cover your use of busabutop, an independent online service that helps riders top up bus card balances for hafilat cards in Abu Dhabi.

1. About this service

busabutop is operated by Busabutop Digital Services, a VAT-registered business in the United Arab Emirates. We are an independent helper and are not the authority that issues or operates the hafilat network.

2. Using the service

You agree to provide accurate card details and to use the service only for lawful top-ups of a card you are entitled to use. You are responsible for entering the correct 10-digit card number and amount before confirming.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by the payment provider. Amounts are shown in UAE Dirham (AED). We cannot promise a specific processing time, though top-ups are normally ready within minutes.

4. Corrections and refunds

Where a payment is taken but value does not reach the card, we will investigate and correct it. See the refund policy for details.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we may pause it for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by card issuers or the transport network.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
