This policy explains what we collect when you top up bus card value with busabutop, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Top-up details: the hafilat card number and amount you enter to complete a bus card recharge.
- Contact details: an email address if you ask for a receipt, or your name and message if you contact us.
- Technical data: basic, non-identifying information your browser sends, used to keep the site working.
What we do not store
We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment details are handled by the payment provider over an encrypted connection.
Why we use it
To process a top-up you request, to send a confirmation you asked for, and to answer support questions. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting duties, then remove them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete your data, subject to legal limits. Email support@busabutop.org.
