How to top up bus card online
A bus card recharge with busabutop is four short steps. No account to create, no app to install — just the card number and a payment card.
The four steps
Open the recharge form
Go to the recharge page. To keep things clean, the form is not scattered across the site — it lives in one place.
Enter the hafilat card number
Type the 10-digit number printed on the front of the card and pick the card category (Standard, Personal, Senior or Student). A Personal card also needs the holder name.
Pick an amount
Tap a preset chip or enter a custom figure from AED 5 to AED 500. The selected amount is clearly highlighted so there is no guesswork.
Confirm the top-up
Review the details and confirm. You receive an on-screen acknowledgement and, if you added an email, a confirmation message.
What happens after you confirm?
Accepted cards
Pay with a Visa or Mastercard issued in the UAE. Card data is entered over an encrypted connection.
If something goes wrong
If a payment does not go through, simply try again. If a charge appears but the balance did not update, contact support and we will look into it.
