busabutop is an independent online service for people who ride public buses in Abu Dhabi and want to top up bus card balances without a trip to a machine or counter.

We focus on one thing: making a hafilat recharge quick and clear. You enter the card number, choose an amount, and confirm. The interface reads in English and Arabic so it fits how households in the Emirate actually use it.

What we do

• Provide a simple form to add value to a hafilat card used on Abu Dhabi buses.
• Support preset and custom amounts within a clear range (AED 5 to AED 500).
• Offer an optional balance readout so you can decide how much to add.
• Keep the whole flow bilingual, mobile-friendly and accessible.

What we are not

We are an independent helper, not the authority that issues or operates the hafilat network. We do not set fares, and we do not claim any official status. When you need the definitive rules for cards and fares, the transport authority remains the source of truth.

Who operates the service?

The service is operated by Busabutop Digital Services, a VAT-registered business in the United Arab Emirates. Company and tax registration details are held on file and can be provided to authorities or partners on request.
