Refund policy

TL;DR

If a payment is taken but the balance does not land, contact us and we will investigate and correct it. Value already loaded and used cannot be reversed.

When a refund applies

A refund or correction is appropriate when a payment was completed on this site but the corresponding value did not reach the hafilat card — for example a duplicate charge, or a top-up that failed after the card was debited.

When it does not apply

Value that has been loaded onto a card and then spent on fares cannot be reversed, because it has already been used for travel. Please double-check the card number and amount before confirming a bus card recharge.

How to request a correction

  1. Email support@busabutop.org or call +971 52 863 0417.
  2. Include the date, the amount, and the last digits of the card number.
  3. We review the request and respond within one business day.

Timelines

Where a refund to the original payment card is due, it is requested promptly. The time for the amount to appear depends on the card issuer and is outside our direct control.
