Accessibility statement

We want every rider to be able to top up bus card value without friction, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we do

• Use semantic headings, labelled form fields and visible focus outlines.
• Aim for text contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Support keyboard navigation, including closing the menu with the Escape key.
• Respect the "reduce motion" setting for animations.
• Offer the full service in both English and Arabic, with correct reading direction.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We review pages as we update them and welcome reports of anything that gets in your way.
